Before joining Edgility, Ron had his own executive search practice, recruiting and selecting hundreds of candidates to become education and nonprofit leaders. He worked at New Leaders for seven years and was promoted four times to eventually lead the design and implementation of the Aspiring Principals Program admissions process nationally. Ron has a Bachelor’s degree in neural science from New York University. He is also an active member of the NYU alumni community for over 20 years, currently serving as an Officer Emeritus of the NYU Alumni Association.
Celena Jenkins

Celena began her career in education as a Teach for America corps member in Jacksonville, FL where she taught 8th grade English. After 5 years of teaching, she joined a charter school in D.C. as their Recruitment Manager leading the recruitment process for vice principals, teachers, and other school staff. She holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Morgan State University.
