As VP of Recruitment for Democracy Prep Public Schools, he helped the network expand its impact from 1 to 22 schools with over 1,000 teachers, leaders, and staff. Jonathan earned an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC, a master’s degree in Teaching from Pace University, and a bachelor’s in Management from ASU.
Hadley Kornacki
Principal @Edgility Consulting
Before joining Edgility, Hadley co-designed, launched and led Steward Outdoor School. As the Director of Outreach at Achievement First, she designed the network’s first comprehensive strategic outreach plan to build a talent pool at thirty urban K-12 charter schools. Hadley holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Teaching from Sierra Nevada University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Art from Pitzer College.
